Short answers, in order of how often I get asked. If yours isn't here, text it to me.
The short version: no contract, month to month, cancel by text. You own everything. You get Adrian and his cell. Plans are $765, $1,350 and $2,500 a month. Google usually takes 3 to 6 months.

Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel by text.
How do I cancel?
Text me at (909) 961-4809. That's it. The current month finishes and nothing else is billed.
Is there a setup fee?
One-time $500. Waived for the first 3 clients.
Who owns my website and Google listing?
You do. Everything is in your name from day one. Website, Google listing, logins and reviews.
What happens to my accounts if I stop?
Nothing. They were yours the whole time. You keep the logins, the listing, the website and everything posted.
Who will I actually talk to?
Me. You get my cell, not a rep or a ticket system.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The free check comes back by text. Once you're on a plan, there's one 20-minute call a month with the report, and that can be a text thread if you'd rather.

What is the free Google listing check?
You send your business name and city. I look at your Google Business Profile and text you the top fixes. No call needed, no contract. If you fix them yourself, good.
What do the three plans cost?
Get Found is $765 a month. Get More Jobs is $1,350 a month. Run Smarter is $2,500 a month. All month to month.
What's the difference between the plans?
Get Found keeps your Google listing, website text, reviews and posts in shape. Get More Jobs adds a page for each town you serve, review request texts, repeat-customer follow-up and AI search. Run Smarter adds two calls a month on how the shop runs, a text line to me, and one AI fix set up each month.
Will you build me a new website?
The plans cover text fixes on the website you have. If you need a new site, text me and we'll talk it through first.
Do you only work with certain trades?
No. Any small local business. Service trades like pest control, plumbing and HVAC are a good fit because the calls are easy to count, but the work is the same for a shop, a clinic or a restaurant.
Where do you work?
The Inland Empire. Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Moreno Valley and the towns around them.

What does the AI do?
It writes first drafts and does the busywork. I check every word before it goes out.
Will customers be able to tell AI wrote something?
Nothing goes out without me reading it and fixing what sounds wrong. If a line doesn't sound like your shop, it gets rewritten.
What is AI search?
When ChatGPT, Google's AI answers or Perplexity answer a question in a paragraph and name a few businesses. They build the answer from your Google listing, your website, your reviews and sites that mention you.
Can you get my business into ChatGPT?
Nobody can promise that. What I do is make the sources clean and specific, then ask the AI tools your customers' questions each month and show you what they say.

Do you guarantee I'll rank #1?
No. Nobody honest can. You'll see real calls and jobs each month instead.
How long until I see results?
Usually 3 to 6 months on Google. Listing fixes help right away for the people who already find you. Showing up more often takes longer.
What's in the monthly report?
Calls and jobs, not clicks. What was done that month, what moved, and what's next. Then a 20-minute call to go over it.
